Sticky Notes in Outlook on the Web

Ensure you don’t lose your ideas, notes, or other crucial information with the help of Sticky Notes in Outlook for the web. Users are able to create, view, and edit their sticky notes directly in the app. This feature will be available for users next month.

OneNote Dark Mode

OneNote 2016 now has the option for users to switch to a darker canvas with its dark mode option. Dark Mode helps you read easier in low light settings, makes your notes more legible, and reduce eye strain. The Dark Mode option is available for all Office 365 users.

Sheet View in Excel

Make changes to your Excel sheets without disrupting other users’ workflow in a shared workbook. Users can create a customised view of the workbook without letting it affect other users working on the same document.

Sheet View allows users to filter and sort data however they want and choosing the option to either just change the view for themselves or for everyone working in the document.

File upload option to Forms

Have more context when users fill in forms. With the help of the file upload feature available in Microsoft Forms, users can attach files to the form to help provide better context or add extra information.

Once a user has added a file upload question, it’s automatically created in their SharePoint or OneDrive.

Workplace Productivity, Cloud Power, and Windows Licensing

Make use of the power of the cloud, simplify licensing, or help change your workplace productivity with these new features.

Microsoft Productivity Score

Get insights on how your organisation works with Microsoft Productivity Score. The feature identifies how you can improve experiences for employees to help them reach their goals or update their skills.

The release of Microsoft Cloud App Security and Azure Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) services provides advanced security functionality for customers by ensuring they meet security and compliance standards. Only users with an Azure Government or GCC High account can purchase these security services licenses.
