Take Control

With Microsoft Teams Rooms you can take control of the meeting by managing the attendee roster and functions like muting participants microphones if needed.

You are easily able to join a Teams meeting no matter your location. Whether you’re in the office or on the go, with Microsoft Teams Rooms you can be part of the conversation.

Add a Meeting Room

The Microsoft Teams client on your mobile or PC has a proximity sensor which detects the room. You can easily add the room to the meeting from your pre-join screen.

Easily project the content you want to share both in the room and to remote team members. You are also able to use your mobile device to easily share or drive content into your Teams meeting. 

Add Other Colleagues

Microsoft Teams Rooms allows you to add other colleagues to the meeting via the directory or simply by calling their phone number.
